"Molas" continues to win awards... Beni Suef Mass Communication wins first place at the Aswan International Women's Film Festival

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced the winning documentary film "Molasses." Produced by the Faculty of Mass Communication, the film won first place at the ninth Aswan International Women's Film Festival, with 72 films from 34 countries participating. Dr. Mansour expressed his happiness for the excellence which achieved by the Faculty of Mass Communication students in various competitions and festivals. The film previously won third place at the Creativity 13 Festival, confirming that the Faculty of Mass Communication includes a wealth of unique and distinguished talents he also Congratulated  the Faculty of Mass Communication and those involved in the film, which was produced under the supervision of Dr. Abdel Aziz El Sayed, Dean of the Faculty, and Dr. Mamdouh Makkawi, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs. The film, directed by student Bishoy Refaat, discusses an environmental and social issue related to sugarcane waste and its uses, highlighting its economic dimensions and environmental impacts in an innovative visual style
