The Faculty of Nursing at Beni Suef University, under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, organized an awareness seminar on the phenomenon of bullying. The seminar was supervised by Dr. Abu Al-Hassan Abdel Mawgoud, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Dr. Hanan Al-Zablawy Hassan, Dean of the Faculty. The seminar was attended by faculty members and students The seminar addressed the definition of the phenomenon of bullying, its types, causes, consequences, and how to deal with and treat it, as it represents a form of violence practiced by a person or group of people against others or to annoy them in a deliberate and repeated manner. Bullying may take many forms, such as spreading rumors, threatening, or attacking the bullied person physically or verbally
Or isolating him in some way with the intent to harm him, or other movements and actions that occur unnoticed. The day's activities also included lectures on bullying in the workplace and how to deal with it. Explanatory videos were shown, designed and directed by students from the Community Health Department
