Beni Suef University Council approves holding a workshop on cybercrime protection mechanisms at the Faculty of Mass Communication.

The Beni Suef University Council, chaired by Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, approved in its 243rd session the holding of a workshop on the risks of web awareness and mechanisms for protecting against cybercrime at the Faculty of Mass Communication, in cooperation with the sector's affiliated centers.
The seminar will address the concept of cybercrime, its types and forms, the penalties for cybercrimes, online protection mechanisms, and places of refuge when exposed to cybercrime In addition to introducing the laws protecting the use of the internet and how to utilize these modern and advanced technologies in a beneficial manner, the Council also approved holding a symposium on the main initiative "A New Beginning" and honoring the initiative's participants by producing 10 documentaries dedicated to the initiative
