Faculty of Sports Sciences Wins University President’s Cup After Defeating Law 3-1

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced that the Faculty of Sports Sciences has won the University President’s Cup – Ramadan Tournament after defeating the Faculty of Law in the final match with a score of 3-1. The tournament featured 27 teams from various faculties and institutes across the university.

The final match was attended by Dr. Adel Abu Heshema, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Dr. Mahmoud Ragai, Dean of the Faculty of Sports Sciences, and Captain Mohamed Farouk, General Director of Youth Welfare.

The University President emphasized that sports activities are a fundamental component in enhancing students' health, improving their physical fitness, and playing a vital role in reducing stress and increasing concentration during academic studies. He highlighted that the tournament was organized to encourage students to engage in regular sports activities, fostering teamwork, interaction, and an overall improvement in physical fitness, which positively impacts academic performance.
