Launching of the University Leadership Course at Beni Suef University

Under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, the activities of the University Leadership Course for faculty members were launched and will continue for three consecutive days until Tuesday, November 17. This to nominate for the position of Dean of a Faculty or Institute, Vice Dean of a Faculty or Institute, Head of Department, which is a requirement of the Supreme Council of Universities. This came under the supervision of Dr. Jumaa Saeed, Director of the Human Resources Development Center.
The President of Beni Suef University explained that the aim of the courses is to raise the efficiency and develop faculty members in university leadership and administration, as the courses include leadership personality traits, strategic thinking in crisis management, legal aspects, national issues and combating corruption, development in education and student affairs, and the financial and administrative aspects of universities.
Dr. Jumaa Saeed, Director of the Human Resources Development Center, thanked Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, for his continuous support to the Human Resources Development Center in order to qualify university leaders, whether professors or administrative leadership positions.
