Beni Suef University announces the reopen for nominating for the job of Dean of the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies for Advanced Sciences:
This according to Law No.(52) for the year 2014 AD amending some of the university regulations law issued by Law No.(49) for the year 1972 AD and the Ministerial Resolution No.(1365) for the year 2022 AD.
Those who wish to nominate have to apply to the committee of chosing the Deans at the university administration (the office of Professor Dr. President of the University) and submit the following documents:
Main file contains the required documents +5 files contain copies of the papers and :documents of the main file
1- Nomination request stating the full name ,current job , address ,phone number (WhatsApp) and e-mail.
2original copies of job status statement approved by the General Administration of 2-Faculty Members Affairs at University Administration includes (Loans - Leaves - Scientific missions abroad - Penalties) certified and stamped by the university
3- 2 original copies of legal certification approved by the legal department at thr university explained weather or not the faculty member referred to a disciplinary boardor whether he has been subject to disciplinary sanctions or not, or whether he has been referred for criminal trial.
4- An original certification of University Leadership Course approved by the Human Resources Development Center at Beni Suef University .If the member do not have the certificate , it has to be received before the final list announced and
Appeals Committee Meeting or the nomination will be canceled
5- CV in Arabic and English languages includes (researchers -scientific skills-Supervision of scientific theses- participated research projects- external cooperation -building partnerships - participated in higher education development projects.....etc)
6- Plan of the faculty member explained his development suggestions of the faculty
7- Presentation explained the work and development plan . Transform all required files and documents for nomination to PDF and copy them on 6 USB
8-8 modern personal photos (6*4) at the main file
9- 8 copies of the valid ID at the main file
: Notice
- The files submitted by the candidate are not returned and belong to the committee.
-Observe the above-mentioned order in arranging the papers.
- The candidate shall submit his application in person or by his representative with an official power of attorney.
- Submitting applications in the name of the head of the committee responsible for nominating professors to fill the position of Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies for Advanced Sciences at Beni Suef University, starting from Saturday 11/30/2024, from nine a.m. until three p.m. , according to the dates specified in the attached timetable.
