35 scientific journals at Beni Suef University receive the highest rating from the Supreme Council of Universities

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced today that 35 scientific journals at the university have received the highest rating from the Supreme Council of Universities (7 out of 7) for consecutive years. This was during his chairing of the meeting of the Supreme Committee for Scientific Journals, in the presence of Dr. Tarek Ali, Vice President of University for Graduate Studies and Research, Dr. Maha Ahmed, General Coordinator of the Committee, and members of the Board of Directors.
The meeting discussed the mechanisms for preparing for the first forum of the Scientific Journals Unit, including the university's scientific journals in the Manhal database, and the Saudi Ithraa database, and requiring ethical approval as a requirement for publishing research in the university's scientific journals similar to international journals. The meeting also discussed the mechanisms for quickly launching the institutional digital repository, and approving the preparation of a guide to scientific journals in Arabic, English, and French to introduce the university to embassies and consulates, positioning it as one of the channels for international publication.
The meeting discussed the approval of allocating 15% of the total number of research papers in master's and doctoral theses for publication in the Afak Research Journal for Social and Human Science, the approval of issuing a scientific journal at the Faculty of Applied Arts, the renewal of the formation of the Board of Directors, the Editorial Board, and the Financial and Administrative Officer for two journals at the Faculty of Commerce, a journal in the Faculty of Early Childhood, 3 journals issued by the university, a journal for the Faculty of Politics and Economics, two journals for the Faculty of Education, 7 journals for the Faculty of Arts, a journal for the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, a journal for the Laser Institute, and a journal for the Faculty of Mass Communication.
