President of Beni Suef University chairs the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Human Development Center

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, chaired today the meeting of the Board of Directors of Human Development Center, in the presence of Dr. Tarek Ali, Vice President of University for Graduate Studies and Research, Dr. Gumaa Saeed Tohamy, Director of the Center, and members of the Board of Directors.

The meeting discussed the design of an electronic program for payments and course reservations at the center to avoid problems in the payment and reservation system, and addressing the colleges to nominate an expert and accredited training coordinator, An agreement was also reached on the format of a letter from the Dean of the Faculty approving the release of faculty members to attend courses, along with a discussion on proposed training programs that meet the needs of faculty and the demands of the modern era. Additionally, it was agreed to announce the preparation of a certified trainer course for external participants, as well as other courses for students and graduates.

It is worth noting that the most important pillars of the training courses at the center revolve around training in leadership and management, communication and behavior, teaching and education systems, and scientific research. They include courses on effective communication and teaching skills, use of technology, examination systems, integrity and transparency, international publishing, strategic planning, effective presentation skills, time management, quality standards and preparation of competitive projects, ethics of scientific research, research team management, and conference organization, in addition to courses on financial and legal aspects.
