President of Beni Suef University receives CEO of Titan Cement Group

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, received today Eng. Amr Reda, CEO of Titan Cement Group, in the presence of Eng. Hossam Taha, Director of Beni Suef Plant, and Captain / Tony Othman, Public Relations Manager of the Group, in light of the ongoing cooperation between the university and civil society institutions.
The President of the University explained that the meeting reviewed ways of cooperation between the university and the group in the field of qualifying and training university students by benefiting from the distinguished technical cadres in the factory, especially since the factory has specialized experts to train students in the fields of industrial security, environment, project management, human resources, individual skills, and quality management, in addition to training in finance, sales and marketing, and the possibility of the group adopting a number of graduation projects for students of the Faculties of Engineering and Science, which will benefit the community surrounding the university, as well as discussing the implementation of a number of joint projects in the field of community service.

The University President praised the group for their continuous support for students and the educational and research process, and the qualification and training of many students in the Faculty of Science in the joint program to develop academic and practical skills, in order to drive the wheel of development and progress at the university, which ultimately serves the community and the nation.

For his part, Eng. Amr Reda stressed the company's keenness to achieve the principle of community participation, especially with the governorate's prestigious educational institution, which has achieved many accomplishments until it reached an advanced position at the local, regional and international levels. At the end of the meeting, Dr. Mansour Hassan presented the university shield to Eng. Amr Reda, the company's CEO, due to the company's continuous keenness to support students by implementing field training on a permanent and continuous basis.
