President of Beni Suef University congratulates the Iraqi Ambassador to Cairo and discusses with him ways of scientific and academic cooperation

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, visited the Iraqi Embassy in Cairo to congratulate Dr. Qahtaan Taha Khalaf on assuming the duties of Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to the Arab Republic of Egypt and its Permanent Representative to the League of Arab States,The meeting also discussed ways of cooperation between the two sides in the scientific and academic fields and studying the situation of Iraqi students at the university, exchange of faculty members and overcoming obstacles that may face incoming students, this came in the presence of Dr. Ayman Ghanem, Executive Director of the Expatriates Department, Counselor Falah Mohammed Hassan is the Protocol Officer, and Mr. Thamer Atab is the Second Secretary and Cultural File Officer.
Dr. Mansour Hassan stressed the depth of Egyptian-Iraqi relations and the keenness of the new republic under the era of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to support the continuation of good relations and cooperation with various Arab countries,Based on this principle, the university administration is keen to support incoming students of different nationalities,Providing them with all means of comfort and preparing the scientific environment to graduate a generation of incoming students capable of carrying the banner of their societies towards progress and prosperity.
At the end of the meeting, the two parties exchanged commemorative shields in appreciation of the efforts made by both sides.
