President of Beni Suef University reviews the technical report of the Human Resources Development Center

Today, Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, reviewed the technical report of the Human Resource Development Center for the year 23-24, during his presidency of the Center’s Board of Directors, in the presence of Dr. Gamal Abdel Rahman, Vice President of University for Education and Student Sector, Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghi, Vice President of University for Community Service Sector, Dr. Tariq Ali, Vice President of University for Postgraduate Studies, Dr. Gamal Abdel Muttalib, Director of the Center, and members of the Board of Directors.

The university president explained that, during the past year, the center implemented 73 courses to directly develop the capabilities of faculty members, with a total number of 2,203 trainees, in addition to implementing 20 “online” courses with a total number of 360 trainees. Two courses were also held for university leaders, with a total number of 61 trainees. The “TOT” course was held in cooperation with the National Training Center, with a total number of 34 trainees, in addition to holding two “Qualification for University Work” courses for lecturers, with a total number of 207 trainees.

Dr. Gamal Abdel Muttalib pointed out that the capacity development courses included courses on effective communication and teaching skills, use of technology, examination systems, integrity and transparency, international publishing, strategic planning, effective presentation skills, time management, quality standards, preparation of competitive projects, and ethics of scientific research, managing the research team, organizing conferences, as well as financial and legal aspects courses.
