President of Beni Suef University receives the technical committee formed by the Council of National Universities to activate the “Information Systems” and “Survey” programs

Today, Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, received members of the technical committee formed by the Council of National Universities to examine the material and human capabilities of the programs of information systems and electronic archives, and surveying and geographic information systems, in the arts and humanities sector at the National University.

 The committee included Dr. Mohamed Zaki Al-Sudaimi, former Dean of the Faculty of Arts at Tanta University, as Chairman of the Committee, and the membership of Dr. Adel Abdel Moneim Al-Saadani, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Human Sciences, Suez Canal University, and Dr. Hani Sami Abdel-Azim Abu Al-Ela, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Fayoum University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, under the supervision of Dr. Sahar Dawad, Academic Vice President, Dr. Mahrous Ibrahim, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Dr. Suhair Abdel Basset, Dean of the Arts Sector at the National University, Dr. Sherif Mamdouh, Coordinator of the Survey Program, and Dr. Ashraf Abdel Mohsen, Professor of Electronic Archives at the University.

Dr. Mansour Hassan stressed that the university is sparing no effort in adding new programs that keep pace with the labor market and conform to institutional and academic quality standards at the local, regional and international levels, in line with Egypt’s vision for sustainable development, indicating that the committee aims to determine the human and material capabilities by inspecting a number of laboratories and libraries within the National University, as well as inspecting the classrooms, auditoriums, electronic laboratories, faculty offices, the administrative staff, student activity headquarters, and student logistical services to ensure that they comply with the required standards.
