President of Beni Suef University chairs the meetings of Languages ??Divisions, Software and Projects Development, and the Conference Center

Today, Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, chaired the meetings of the Supreme Committee for Languages ??and New Programs Divisions, the Software Design and Development Unit, the Higher Education Projects Development Unit, and the Conference Center, in the presence of Dr. Gamal Abdel Rahman, Vice President of University for Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghi, Vice President of University for community service and environmental development affairs, Dr. Tariq Ali, Vice President of University for Graduate Studies and Research, Dr. Dalia Hussein, General Coordinator of Languages ??and Programs Divisions, Dr. Hani Al-Nashar, Director of software design and development unit and Projects development unit, Dr. Ahmed Farouk, Director of the Conference Center, and Mr. Muhammad Salim, Secretary-General of the University and members of the Board of Directors.

During the meeting of Languages ??and Programs Divisions, the needs that must be met to complete work on the electronic system were discussed, and the inclusion of the graduate program of the College of Applied Health Science Technology for the divisions and new programs due to its distinction for students in Arab countries.

The meeting of the Supreme Committee of Software Design and Development Unit discussed the relaunching of the electronic registration application for students of divisions and programs, linking it to the current system for managing language divisions and new programs, and archiving the databases for the current academic year so that they can be retrieved at any time.

During the meeting of Higher Education Projects Development Unit, the current position of electronic tests was reviewed, the backup automation at the Information Systems Center was presented, and the standards of the measurement and evaluation unit for electronic tests, and preparations for implementing the regulations approved by the Ministry of Finance for the Projects Development Unit, and the assistance of technical cadres from faculty members and the supporting staff, and presentation of the current position of uploading the university’s data to the current Ministry of Education platform, approving the transformation of the projects unit into a service unit, and the completion of electronic testing work for university’s colleges in accordance with the applicable specifications.
In a separate context, the conference center meeting discussed a number of necessary and urgent issues related to developing the center to keep pace with developments, and taking legal measures to lease the hyper. The meeting stressed the importance of continuing to implement the center’s periodic maintenance plan to maintain the level of services provided.
