 Under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, University President, the Faculty of Nursing, Beni Suef University, organized an introductory seminar for graduates of the college and the Technical Institute of Nursing, entitled Labor Market Needs and the Mechanism for Distributing Graduates of the College of Nursing, under the supervision of Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghi, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Dr. Mohamed Naji Muhaisen, Dean of the College of Nursing, and Dr. Hanan Al-Zabalawy Hassan, Vice President of the College of Nursing for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, in the presence of A number of faculty members, workers, and graduates of the Institute and College of Nursing
The symposium dealt with the technical and information skills that graduates of colleges and training institutes are required to acquire in order to achieve effective competition in the labor market and to bring Beni Suef University graduates to the highest nursing skill levels. The symposium also addressed the mechanism of distribution by assignment to all curative and preventive health facilities at the end of the symposium, the door to dialogue was opened.
