President of Beni Suef University witnesses the activities of the qualification course for university work

Today, Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, witnessed the activities of the qualification course to work in the academic corps for demonstrators
Those  who  are appointed to  assignments to the university’s colleges and institutes, which were organized by the Human Resources Development Center, in the presence of Dr. Jamal Abdel Rahman, Vice President of the University for the Education and Student Sector, Dr. Jamal Abdel Muttalib, Director of the Center, and Mr/Muhammad Salim, -General Secretary of the University
 The university president explained that the training aims to shed light on a number of topics, including the ethics and morals of the university teacher profession, effective communication skills, time management, meetings, and team  work management and some topics which  related to the financial and legal aspects of the university, to achieve communication between the supporting body, faculty members and students
The university president also conducted an open dialogue with the trainees to answer all their inquiries and listen to their suggestions 
 which related to developing the educational process. The dialogue included entry into the treatment system, the use of laboratories, and a number of financial and administrative aspects
