President of Beni Suef University: An increase in the classification rates of the university’s journal for basic and applied sciences according to the Scopus and Web of Science (Clarivate) classifications.

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced an increase in the classification rates of the “Bani Suef University Journal of Basic and Applied Sciences.”
Sciences (https://bjbas.springeropen.com/about), which is indexed in Scopus and Web of Science (Clarivate) and affiliated with the international publishing house Springer Nature, has improved its citiscore from 2.6 in 2022 to 4.2 in the 2023 classification in Scopus, and its rating has also improved. Quartile are as follows Q1 (#41/193) in Agricultural and Biological Sciences, Q2 (#135/398) in Medicine and Q2 (#80/183) in Pharmacology, Toxicology and Pharmaceutics (Pharmaceutical Sciences) in 2023 in

Dr. Mansour Hassan confirmed that this achievement is the result of the combined efforts of the university administration and the journal’s editorial board, which includes prominent scientists from various countries of the world, in order to access the journal within the global databases Scopus and Web of Science (Clarivate), in addition to including it in global databases others like
