Beni Suef University Council approves the College of Nursing organizing a training program for nursing staff members at health insurance and nursing union

Beni Suef University Council, headed by Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of University, in its 233rd session, approved the Faculty of Nursing’s proposals to hold a training program for members of the nursing staff of health insurance in critically ill units, and in the subsidiary nursing union to improve nursing performance in critically ill units. This was in the presence of vice presidents of university, Colleges' deans and council members.

The Council also agreed to hold first aid courses for members of university’s administrative staff, to be held on the west and east Nile campuses, with the aim of providing the administrative staff with skills and information related to first aid, safety and security applications, how to deal with heart attacks, sudden airway obstruction, cardiac resuscitation and artificial respiration, wounds, bleeding, burns, fractures, coma, convulsions and poisoning, in addition to first aid for individual emergency situations that may occur at work environment and how to deal with them safely.
