President of Beni Suef University chairs the meeting of Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center

Today, Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, chaired the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center, in the presence of Dr. Tariq Ali, Vice President  for Graduate Studies and Research Sector, Dr. Hamada Mohamed Mahmoud, Dean of the Faculty of Science, Dr. Ahmed Fathallah, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, and Dr. Heba Atef Al-Shimi, Director of the Center.
During the meeting, several topics were discussed, including the mechanism for reviewing and evaluating the performance of quality assurance units at the university’s colleges and institutes, the obstacles facing obtaining quality assurance for some colleges, and discussing the proposal submitted by the director of the center about including a course on describing and reporting programs and courses within the courses necessary for promotion (As a basic requirement) before obtaining the degree of lecturer to professor. A proposal for unified internal regulations for quality assurance units at the university’s colleges and institutes was also presented. A report was also presented on the achievements of the Quality Assurance Center based on the executive plan for the academic year 2023/2024.
