Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, followed up on the progress and regularity of the second semester exams, as the number of students taking the end of the second semester exams reached 85 thousand students for the academic year 2023/2024 in the university’s various colleges, which began on Saturday, May 25, and will continue until next June, according to the nature of study in each college, in order to ensure the availability of all elements of comfort for students, overcome obstacles facing them during exams, and the presence of the subject professor during the exam to answer all questions and inquiries, as well as the assisting body within the committees to ensure the discipline of the conduct of exams. 

The President of the University confirmed, through communication with the deans of the colleges, that the appropriate climate had been provided for students to perform exams with ease, the availability of all means of support and care for students, the readiness of all halls, auditoriums and electronic laboratories, and their review in terms of lighting, ventilation, sterilization, and the creation of guidance panels for students for easy access to the committees and obtaining seating numbers easily, holding special committees for integration students and people with special needs, with an operations room to follow up on the progress of exams, according to the time map previously announced by the Ministry of Higher Education.

Dr. Mansour Hassan was assured of the readiness of the electronic examination hall and the increase in the speed of the Internet connection during the examination period, in addition, control rooms have been equipped with the necessary number of faculty members for each control room in accordance with the University Organization Law. Providing the required devices, ensuring their maintenance, providing electronic correction devices and providing them with faculty members. Trained in electronic debugging. The President of the University issued decisions to form higher committees to supervise the examinations, to follow up on the progress of the examinations, and to prepare daily reports to be presented to him immediately.
