According to the CWUR classification... Beni Suef University is among the best 7% of universities

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced the result of the CWUR classification for the year 2024, the Center for the International Classification of Universities in the United Arab Emirates, as the university ranked 1433 globally, and tenth among Egyptian universities within the best 7% of universities.

    The University President congratulated the university’s employees, including faculty members, supporting staff, and researchers from various specializations, for their remarkable efforts in improving the university’s global classification and working to make it a research university with the presence of new and unique colleges and institutes specializing in interdisciplinary and modern sciences through encouraging researchers to publish scientifically and overcome any difficulties they may encounter.

  Dr. Sama Al-Daq, Director of the Center of International Classification and Sustainable Development, indicated that this classification relies on scientific research outputs from Clarivate databases to extract data and relies on basic criteria including (employment of graduates - quality of education - research performance - excellence of researchers - research outputs).
