The Faculty of Navigation Science and Space Technology, Beni Suef University, launches the first training course in the field of cybersecurity

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, the Faculty of Navigation Science and Space Technology launched the first CCNA training course in the field of Cyber Security at NTI’s headquarters in the Smart Village, under the supervision of Dr. Osama Shalabia, Dean of the College, and Dr. Khaled Youssef Kamel, Head of the Space Communications Department and Academic Supervisor of The training, in cooperation with Dr. Ahmed Khattab, Director of the National Telecommunications Institute (NTI) of the Ministry of Communications, in the presence of Dr. Hoda Baraka, Advisor of the Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Dr. Hebat Allah Abdel Halim, and Dr. Manal Gamal El-Din Muhammad, vice-deans of the college.

Dr. Mansour explained that this training course is within the Digital Egypt Youth Initiative, which is a specialized training program organized by the National Telecommunications Institute, with the aim of building the capabilities of young people and training them in the modern fields of information and communications technology, which contributes to creating more job opportunities and providing trained competencies for the labor market with confident and integrated steps towards becoming a smart university and within the framework of the Egyptian state’s plan towards strengthening the information technology infrastructure for our students, as the training continues for a month, stressing that the university is sparing no effort to support students and train them on modern technologies by concluding protocols with many institutions within the framework of the plan of the university to prepare students and young graduates for the labor market.
