the financial increases related to the performance incentive and the university allowance. Dr. Mansour stressed the university's continuous keenness to raise the level of the administrative system by creating a successful work environment, taking into account the interests of employees and raising the financial level on the one hand and the administrative level on the other hand through continuous training in all administrative fields, which is positively reflected on the proper functioning of the university
