President of Beni Suef University witnesses the conclusion of the training course for those wishing to run for the position of Faculty Dean and praises the former university leaders

 Today, Tuesday, Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, witnessed the conclusion of the training course for those wishing to run for the position of Faculty Dean, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Tarif Shawky, former Vice President of University for Graduate Studies, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdel Khaleq, former Vice President of University for the Education and Students Sector, and Prof. Dr. Rabeh Ratib, former Vice President of university for community service sector, and Prof. Dr. Gamal Abdel Muttalib, Director of Human Resources Development Center, in the presence of 46 professors from faculty members and deans.

During his speech, Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan praised the important and great role played by the previous university leaders, pointing out that the course is a necessary requirement for occupying a leadership position within the university, explaining that the aim of the courses is to raise the efficiency and development of faculty members in the field of leadership and management, as professors are trained on institutional development in the education and student sectors, strategic planning, legal aspects in universities, crisis and risk management, financial and administrative aspects of universities, national and anti-corruption issues, leadership, supervision and management.

 Dr. Gamal Abdel Muttalib, Director of the Center of Human Resources Development, indicated that training and qualifying candidates is carried out by a group of professors specialized in various fields over a period of three consecutive days.
  It is worth noting, the university president greeted the attendees and handed them certificates of attendance.
