Data mining of volunteer institutions on the Web
Research Abstract
The volunteer work had increased attention at all levels at the global level , and the manifestations of this interest in what was done by the United Nations Development Programme in 1976 and the United Nations Volunteers program in 1986 and approved by the General Assembly of the United Nations Volunteers (UNV) United Nations in 1971 , has also been decided be on December 5, the International Day of volunteer in recognition of the International Organization for the major role that can be done volunteer work in all areas of humanitarian action and development , then it was Assembly decision in 1997 as to the attention of the international community volunteer work as adopted in 2001 as the International Year of Volunteers,
The web is largest database worldwide, so there are needs for many researches and studies with the increased amount of data in the field of data mining. As data mining is to derive information known from the massive amounts of data, which can lead to knowledge. The objective of this study is to explore for volunteer work institutions on the web using exploration tools designed to analyze databases which include data and information about volunteer work institutions and how to access them , their rates of speed , and links to other sites . The study passed four phases , namely : the retrieval of Web documents, then choose a specific information retrieved from Web sources , the discovery of general models of individual Web sites as well as across multiple sites , and finally the interpretation of models that have been excavated and interpreted.
The study found many of the results, including: mining web data can be divided into three divisions: mining web content, mining the structure of the Web, and mining website usage; the social work has evolved with the evolution of human societies as the ancient Egyptians knew it, Romans and Greeks, and the three monotheistic religions, Judaism, Christianity and Islam encouraged volunteer work in the social field; forms of voluntary work are two aspects of work includes individual and institutional voluntary work, but both results in one tributary, and achieve the desired goals, whether for an individual or for society.
