Research Abstract

This study aims to identify the reality of the application of knowledge management at the National Documentation Center.in particular The degree of awareness of the employees and directors of the departments in the National Documentation Center for the concept and importance of the application of knowledge management , The reality of the application of knowledge management processes in the National Documentation Center , availability of knowledge management components at the National Documentation Center , Obstacles to knowledge management at the National Documentation Center , The most prominent motives of the application of knowledge management in the National Documentation Center from the perspective of employees and directors of departments and The best strategy for knowledge management in the National Documentation Center. The study was based on the descriptive analytical method. The study concluded that The knowledge management approach is of great importance in the advancement and success of any institution, and the application of knowledge management requires the availability of all the requirements of success of its application of material, human, organizational and technological. What the National Documentation Center possesses are knowledge assets that require the application of knowledge management. The study recommends The need to adopt the National Documentation Center of the policy of knowledge management and work on the application through various programs. Dealing with knowledge management as an administrative approach of the most important modern administrative approaches in our time.
