The relationship between the managerial creativity obstacles and perceived image, and their impact on the level of functional performance in bank “Comparative study"

Research Abstract

The current study seeks to test significant differences between the public sector banks and the private - joint sector banks, with respect to employee’s perception levels to managerial creativity obstacles, perceived image and the level of perceived functional performance. And to identify the nature of the relationship between the managerial creativity obstacles and perceived image, and their impact on the level of functional performance in these banks. The study was applied to a sample of (379) individuals from the staff of these banks, which have been distributed proportionately between the public sector banks and the private - joint sector banks which has been reached, respectively (235 .144) individuals. The study concluded that there was the height relative employees perception levels in public sector banks to managerial creativity obstacles generally compared to the private - joint sector banks which came to a low degree, and there was the height relative employees perception levels in the private - joint sector banks to positive image generally compared to the public sector banks which came neutral degree. There was the height relative employees perception levels in the private - joint sector banks to the level of perceived functional performance compared to the public sector banks where the overall average are respectively (3.98 , 3.49). There are effect relationship and negative correlation between the managerial creativity obstacles and the perceived positive image, There are effect relationship and weak negative correlation between the managerial creativity obstacles and the level of perceived functional performance, Finally there are effect relationship and strong positive correlation between the perceived positive image and perceived functional performance, the results did not differ much in the public sector banks and in the private - joint sector banks overall from general results of the banks as a whole .
