تشييد وتقييم الفاعلية البيولوجية لبعض مشتقات الكينازولين الجديدة
ملخص رسالة الماجستير
قد أثبتت الدراسات أن العديد من المركبات التى يحتوى التركيب البنائى لها على حلقة الكينازولين لها العديد من الأنشطة البيولوجية.
اعتمادا على هذه الدراسات, تم تشييد سلاسل من مركبات تحتوى على نواة الكينازولين يتوقع أن يكون لها فاعلية ضد التشنجات و الاتهابات.
و الرسالة تتضمن الأجزاء التالية:
المقدمة:
تتضمن عرضا مرجعيا موجزا لما ورد فى التراث العلمى عن مختلف الأنشطة البيولوجية لمركبات الكينازولين والتى تم تحضيرها من قبل.
هدف البحث:
يتناول هذا الجزء الهدف من البحث والأسس العلمية التى تم بناءا عليها تصميم و تشييد المركبات الجديدة.
المناقشة:
استعرض هذا الجزء مناقشة الطرق الكيميائية المختلفة التى تم اتباعها لتشييد المركبات الجديدة الوسيطة والنهائية بالاضافة الى مناقشة أساليب التحاليل التى استعملت فى اثبات هذه المركبات مثل تحليل الأشعة تحت الحمراء ومطياف الكتلة و التردد النووي المغناطيسي البروتوني.
الجزء العملى:
يتضمن هذا الجزء من الرسالة وصفا مفصلا للتجارب المعملية التى اتبعت لتشييد كافة المركبات الوسيطة المعروفة و الجديدة و كذلك المركبات النهائية التى استهدفها البحث وطرق فصلها فى صورة نقية والخواص الطبيعية لها. هذا و قد تم اثبات التركيب البنائى للمركبات باستخدام التحليل الدقيق لعناصرها وكذلك دراسة أطياف الأشعة تحت الحمراء والتردد النووى المغناطيسى لنواة الهيدروجين. كما تم أيضا اجراء دراسة طيف الكتلة.
