Master Title
A pharmaceutical study on the formulation and interaction of commonly used pharmaceutical excipients and certain vasodilators
Master Abstract
A pharmaceutical study on the formulation and interaction of commonly used pharmaceutical excipients and certain vasodilators
This thesis aims for the study of compatibility between amlodipine besilate and commonly used pharmaceutical excipients using DSC and IR.
the most compatible excipients were selected for formulation of amlodipine besilate tablets and the prepared tablets were fully evaluated by measuring drug content, friability, hardness, disintegration time and drug release rate. The stability study for the prepared tablets were also done at different temperatures and humidities.
The best formula was selected and subjected to further bioequivalence study in human in comparison to commercially available tablets.
PHD Title
A Pharmaceutical Study for Improvement of Bioavailability of Phytomenadione (Vitamin K1)
