Master Abstract

This research discussed establishing Proposed Framework for the effect of relationship marketing on positive Word Of Mouth communications (WOM), with the view of the entrance of relationships quality (customer satisfaction and customer commitment) , and this is with the application on the customer of the main branches of commercial , public and private banks in Cairo and its subsidiaries , The objective of this research is to specific the relationship between marketing relations , customer satisfaction, customer commitment and (WOM) , To achieve these goals of the research , The researcher adopted a set of statistical techniques which represented in : descriptive statistics , Kolmogorov- test , Correlation coefficient and Confirmatory Factor Analysis . And the results of the statistical analysis explained a group of outcomes which and the most important of it was : That there is a direct positive effect of the marketing relationships on customer satisfaction , the marketing relationships affect a positive and direct impact on customer commitment , and customer satisfaction mediates this relationship , where the results indicate the existence of a direct and positive impact of customer satisfaction on customer commitment , Also , customer satisfaction positively affect directly and indirectly on positive (WOM) , where mediates this relationship customer commitment , And finally , results indicate that customer commitment has a direct and positive impact on (WOM). PHD Abstract

Proposed Framework for the effect of supply chain integration on manufacturing flexibility and its reflection on the organizational performance: An application on the Egyptian industrial organizations Abstract This research discussed formulation a proposed framework for the effect of supply chain integration on manufacturing flexibility and its impact on the organizational performance, and this is with the application on pharmaceutical companies in the public business sector in Egypt. The objective of this research is to determine the effect of the relationship between supply chain integration as independent variable and manufacturing flexibility mediating variable and organizational performance as a dependent variable. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher relied on a set of statistical techniques which represented in: descriptive statistics, correlation coefficient, structural equations model. The results of the statistical analysis explains a group of outcomes which the most important of it was: that there is a direct positive significance effect of the supply chain integration on manufacturing flexibility, and supply chain integration has a direct and indirect effect on the organizational performance, and the manufacturing flexibility partially mediate this relationship. The results indicate a positive significance effect direct to manufacturing flexibility on organizational performance, finally; a proposed framework for the role of manufacturing flexibility in the relationship between supply chain integration and organizational performance in pharmaceutical companies in the public business sector in Egypt. Based on the results of the research, the researcher present a number of recommendations in the form action plan for pharmaceutical companies in the public business sector in Egypt, in order to help leaders of pharmaceutical companies in the public sector to implement these recommendations.
