President of Beni Suef University: Establishment of a central lab for experimental animals
Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, discussed, during the meeting of the Council of Graduate Studies and Research in its session No. 151, held this afternoon, the proposal to establish a central laboratory for experimental animals
This was in the presence of Prof. Dr. Fatma Hassan, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and vice-deans of postgraduate studies and the distinguished members of the Council.
The university president will set up a high-level scientific committee from the faculties of human and veterinary medicine, science and pharmacy to develop the initial frameworks for implementation and submit them to the university council. The council also set up another committee to review the rewards of international publication of published researches in international journals. The Council also discussed the proposal to structure the scientific departments of the faculties of the university and study the teaching burdens, the proposed hours and their suitability with the numbers of students, the possibility of amendment in the five-year plan and the proposed solutions.
It is worth mentioning that the Council started its session with a minute of mourning for the martyrs who were martyred following the treacherous terrorist incident that took place yesterday, which targeted one of the security installations in North Sinai.
