 The council of Beni Suef University No (164) held on October 31, 2018 under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, discussed the project of planting the 300-acre campus and industrial education. The university president explained that such projects are in line with the University's trends in preserving the environment and the aesthetic view. This project coincides with the approval of the University Council for the establishment of the Center for Agricultural Research and Products, which will help the University in carrying out its mission in the field of linking university education with the needs of the community.

The university president said that the project proposed by the Faculty of Environmental Agriculture and Food Processing is to plant 300 acres of land, planting about 1040 trees, planting about 650 trees in an industrial education complex. The trees proposed for cultivation are: Alcacia Mendoza, Albuansiana, Jacranda, Camel, Lobac, Abu Makarem, Champer cucumber, Fix Ntada, With the aim of drilling the farm and its service with silt, sand and fertilizers, and irrigating the trees with drip irrigation system.

It is worth mentioning that the project exceeds many objectives, including: the implementation of the agricultural projects of the university and its colleges and providing them with their needs, and carry out the maintenance and repairs that fall within the terms of reference for the various projects, and carry out productive work in the field of agriculture and animal and provide technical consultations agricultural and animal, train students and community members on modern agricultural techniques, develop agricultural production and develop livestock and poultry.
