President of Beni-Suef University : July 16th, Opening university center for professional development at Small and Medium Enterprises Institute
Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni-Suef University, announced the opening of university center for professional development on 16th July at the Institute of Small and Medium Enterprises at the university first compound, east of the Nile, in the presence of a number of academic and scientific figures at the local, regional and international levels.
The Rector said that the center will be supported by the American Agency for International Development and under an academic supervision of the American University in Cairo, pointing out that the center will provide a distinguished group of training programs at the international level, simulating those provided by the American University in Cairo. Pointing out that the center will do a membership for students at the university and other institutes in Beni-Suef province and the center will announce the membership conditions during the coming period.
Prof. Dr. Osama Saeed Abdel Sadek, Dean of Institute of Small and Medium Enterprises, said that the American University delegation has selected the administrative staff of the center after conducting a number of interviews for more than fifty employees. The aim of the center is to train students and improve their skills through various training courses, as well as courses for personal skills, human resource development and languages, to prepare students for labor market and its needs, and to find suitable jobs after graduation.
