The meeting of the Board of Directors of the University Facilities Committee was held this morning under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, in the presence of the members of the Committee. The meeting started with congratulations on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
• Discussing the issue of how to make use of the studios of the Faculty of Information. The committee reached a decision to use technical experts from radio and television to operate the studios and inspect the productive works.
• The procedures for receiving the swimming pool from the Arab Contractors were also discussed and the university president stressed the necessity of operating it within one month from its date, as recommended by the committee to follow up on this subject
During the meeting, the committee discussed the issue of multiple similar tenders and recommended the university president to work on the preparation of one tender for the university with all needs and be centralized. He also reviewed the letters received from the colleges and institutes of the construction and the equipment, Send their needs.
• reviewed the reports of the maintenance of the buildings of the university cities during the coming period and maintenance plan and provide the necessary needs and completion before the start of the settlement for the new university year.
