President of Beni Suef University meets with the new college directors, their assistants, and the assistant secretaries and directed the continuation of training for the new leaders.

Today, Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, chaired a meeting of new college principals and their assistants at the college level
at the level of the university’s colleges and institutes, after the adoption of the College Directors’ Movement at the university level, in which new directors and deputy directors were appointed and a number of directors were transferred to other places, in the presence of Mr/Muhammad Salim, Secretary-General of the University, and the assistant secretaries.
Dr. Mansour Hassan began the meeting by congratulating the university’s employees, including faculty, staff, and students, and all the Egyptian people on the occasion of the new year, asking God Almighty to return these occasions to the Egyptian people with goodness, blessings, progress, and prosperity He extended his thanks and appreciation to the previous directors for their efforts and tangible achievements during their tenure. He also congratulated the new directors and their assistants, wishing them success.
The university president explained that the movement of transfers came with the aim of building young cadres and injecting new blood into leadership positions, in addition to exchanging knowledge and experiences and transferring them on a large scale, in addition to developing the expertise of young administrative leaders, controlling the administrative work system, pushing work on a number of important files, and rewarding distinguished employees and advance them to high leadership positions, Emphasizing the activation of the meeting of college principals with the employees of each college and the meeting of the university secretary-general with the principals and their assistants on a regularly
The university president reiterated the necessity of continuing to implement training courses for developing technical and leadership skills, in addition to developing financial, administrative and legal skills, especially for young leaders, which reflects positively on improving individual and institutional performance
