Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced that a delegation of third-grade students in the Department of Political Science, English Language Division, Faculty of Politics and Economics, today, made a field research visit to Al-Ahram journal headquarters to conduct a research interview with Mr. Ahmed Naji Qamha, Editor-in-Chief of the International Politics and Democracy magazines at Al-Ahram Foundation, under the supervision of Dr. Naglaa Bakr, Dean of the Faculty of Politics and Economics, and Dr. Shaima Abdel Salam, lecturer of political science and supervisor of the collective research.

The university president explained that the visit comes as part of a group research conducted by students in a research seminar course entitled "The Role of Egyptian State in Empowering Youth during the Era of President / El-Sisi from 2014 to 2023", pointing out that the university supports such visits because they help students develop their research skills and give them opportunities to interact and cooperate with experienced people.
For his part, Mr. Ahmed Nagy welcomed the students and expressed his happiness with their enthusiasm and their enduring the hardship of traveling from Beni Suef to Cairo for the interview, stressing that the state has played its role towards the youth, as the Egyptian state has presented many initiatives to achieve social security, but the problem remains in informing the youth of their tasks to support these initiatives, as the state supports many initiatives, such as the initiative of " decent life", "begin" and "shoulder in shoulder". He also stressed that the youth should define their priorities and that the national interest and the achievement of state's national goals should be before their eyes in the new republic.
Ms. Omnia Hagag, Assistant Editor-in-Chief of Democracy Magazine, participated in the dialogue with the students and distributed an edition of the magazine to the attending students.
Dr. Al-Shaima Abdel-Salam said that this visit comes as a tool for collecting scientific material through a research interview to obtain information, and that such tools help students develop their research skills in a practical way.
The students also expressed their happiness with this visit and the extent of scientific benefit from it.
