For training on technology transfer ... Beni Suef University students on a field visit to the Egyptian Space Agency

 Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced the organization of the Technology Transfer and Marketing Office at the university, "Taico", in cooperation with its counterpart at the Egyptian Space Agency, a field visit for students of the faculties of science, computers and artificial intelligence to participate in scientific workshops.

For his part, Dr. Mansour Hassan stressed that the visit comes within the framework of the fruitful and constructive cooperation between the university, the Academy of Scientific Research and the Egyptian Space Agency in the field of spreading the culture of space science and technology, as well as the students' acquaintance with what is currently being implemented in establishing modern laboratories for the manufacture of satellites, stressing the importance of Practical and field training for students, exchanging experiences and acquiring skills with the aim of building generations that keep pace with knowledge and technological progress, the requirements of the industrial revolution and future jobs. The students participated in the International Space Station workshop and toured the space qualification laboratories and the engineering model lab.

Dr. Mohab Moussa, Executive Director of the Technology Transfer and Marketing Office at the university, indicated that during the visit, the students learned about the challenges facing the astronaut's journey, training on a program for the International Space Station with a virtual reality system, as well as learning about satellite orbits and applications. The visit also included training on practical application in assembling a three-dimensional model of a CubeSat satellite, and a visit to the satellite assembly and testing center.
