Beni Suef University tops the list of winners and wins 48 master’s scholarships from the Center for Water Excellence

Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced today that 48 male and female students from the faculties of engineering, sciences, earth sciences and graduate studies for advanced sciences have won 48 competitive master’s scholarships from the Water Excellence Center in Alexandria.
Mansour Hassan explained that the university topped the list of grant winners, as 224 students applied for grants at the level of Egyptian universities, and university students won 48 grants out of a total of 74 students from the Egyptian partner universities in the project, which are Aswan, Alexandria, Zagazig, Ain Shams and Beni Suef. .
Dr. Mansour affirmed the university’s continuous keenness and active participation in achieving sustainable development goals, especially the sixth goal related to water, and encouraging students and researchers to conduct applied research to solve national problems, pointing out that the center funds grants to winning students for a period of two years in full until obtaining a degree Masters in Water Resources Management.
