The Administrative Control Authority organized activities for the celebration of the International Anti-Corruption Day, in coordination with Beni Suef University, in an awareness seminar entitled "Values of integrity, transparency and anti-corruption mechanisms" in the Great Celebration Hall of the University Theater
in the presence of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, Major General Muhammad Jalal, Head of the Administrative Control Office in the Governorate, Colonel Majed Khalifa, a member of the Governorate's Administrative Control Office, Vice-Presidents of the University, deans,faculty vice deans, and university students.
Major General Mohamed Jalal, head of the Administrative Control Authority office in Beni Suef, pointed out that corruption is a more vicious epidemic than any one and is a major factor in the deterioration of economic performance and the increase in poverty, stressing that some new legislation have been issued, including combating organized crime, human trading and illegal immigration. Community awareness has been raised through awareness initiatives in some universities
The head of the Administrative Control Authority office in Beni Suef confirmed that a curriculum has been prepared under the title of human rights and anti-corruption and various media campaigns, in addition to holding many courses in the field of integrity and transparency in partnership with civil society organizations in preventing corruption and organizing some regional and international events, and we are currently working On the prevention of corruption before it occurs.
Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University praised the role of the Administrative Control Authority and its fight against corruption and its role in combating corruption in all its forms, in implementation of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's plan to combat corruption, and spread awareness of its negative and risky effects, stressing that the university is keen to provide awareness to students of the dangers of corruption and highlight the state's efforts in Limiting financial and administrative corruption and eliminating it in all its forms

It is noteworthy that the ninth of December of every year is the International Anti-Corruption Day. The United Nations celebrates in this day every year with an anti-corruption campaign, and its slogan this year entitled "United Against Corruption", with the aim of raising awareness of the effects of corruption and how to address it while reviewing the concept of corruption and international standards to enhance transparency for countries
