President of Beni Suef University: Implementing the plan to spread hybrid education and start training activities for faculty members

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced the approval of the plan to spread hybrid education and training the faculty members at university’s colleges and institutes to use university email to do faculty members ’lectures remotely. This was during his presidency of the meeting of the Board of Directors of Higher Education Development Projects Unit, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Fatma Hassan, Vice President of University for Graduate Studies and Research, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Khaled, Vice President of University for Education and Students Sector, Prof. Dr. Hani Suleiman Al Nashar, Director of the Unit, the Financial and Legal Adviser and the Board Members.

 The University President explained that hybrid education depends on the combination of face-to-face learning and distance learning, and enables the student to obtain the cognitive aspect and some skills through distance learning, which contributes to reducing student density, as well as achieving the optimum benefit from the experience of faculty members, with the best use of university infrastructure.

During the meeting, the University President also reviewed the mechanisms of launching the training program, a certificate of the basics of digital transformation, for graduate students in accordance with the decision of the Supreme Council of Universities, as well as mechanisms to activate and operate electronic submission for graduate studies in all colleges and institutes of the university.
