6,600 patients attended the Faculty of Dentistry - Beni Suef University in the first half of 2024

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, and Prof. Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghy, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Fathallah Shawky, Dean of the College, the Faculty of Dentistry - Beni University witnessed  a large number of patients during the first half of 2024, which indicates the quality of treatment services provided to the people of Beni Suef Governorate.
Prof. Dr. Mazen Attia, the college’s dean for community service and environmental development, expressed his pride in all the college’s departments in view of the free, high-quality treatment services they provide for patients in Beni Suef Governorate, who visit the college daily, where more than 6,600 patients were received during the first half of the year 2024
This is a large number compared to previous years, but it is matched by accuracy and speed in diagnosis and treatment with the presence of a medical staff of the best doctors in terms of experience, and ease of receiving the patient. It begins with a medical examination of the patient, followed by treatment in various educational clinics, each according to their specialization, where students and intern doctors are trained to treat the patient. His Excellency stated that treatment services were provided as follows: 883 dental fillings, 674 root canals, 397 fixed dentures, 135 removable dentures, 918 children’s dental treatment, 17 orthodontics, 546 periodontal treatment, 933 tooth extractions, in addition to dental implants.
