Seminar entitled: Problem solving and decision making

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Farghaly, Dean of the College, and Prof. Dr. Mai Raslan, Vice Dean of the College for Community Service Affairs, and within the framework of the keenness of Beni Suef University and the College of Graduate Studies for Advanced Sciences in developing job performance and raising Functional competency for college employees. Today, a training symposium for college employees was held, in which Prof. Dr. Jamal Abdel Muttalib, professor in the Department of Sociology at the College of Arts, lectured and Director of the Human Resources Development Center at Beni Suef University. The symposium title was: Problem solving and decision making. The symposium was attended by a group of faculty members and administrative staff at the college

It is worth noting that Dr. Gamal Abdel Muttalib is a certified trainer from the FLDB Authority for Capacity Development and Leadership Preparation Center in Cairo in 2008. He served as Secretary of the College of Arts Council and Secretary of the Community Service and Environmental Development Committee at the College, and worked as an academic coordinator for postgraduate studies in the Department of Sociology at the College of Arts
