Seminar by Prof. Dr. Ramzi Abdel Aziz

Under the generous sponsorship of Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, Prof. Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghi, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Dr. Tariq Ali, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Farghaly, Dean. The College of Graduate Studies for Advanced Sciences and Prof. Dr. Mai Raslan, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, will hold scientific seminars during the month of July 2024 in the college’s seminar hall, where he will lecture at the symposium held, God willing, on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at 11:00 p.m. In the seminar hall at the college, Egyptian scientist Prof. Dr. Ramzi Abdel Aziz, and the title of the lecture will be “From Classroom to Career: Building Your Unique Pathway.”
Dr. Ramzi Abdel Aziz obtained a doctorate in nanochemistry and materials science from the Faculty of Engineering at Kiel University, Germany.

In 2016, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Chemistry and Materials Science, Faculty of Chemical Engineering, Aalto University, Finland.

Currently, a scientist at the Center for Nanomicroscopy at Aalto University.

Dr. Ramzi Abdel Aziz received the Young Scientist Award from the European Materials Research Society (E-MRS) in France. He also received a special award for the best outstanding presentation in the “Nanoerleben” competition in Germany. His research has been highlighted by scientific and international journals such as Nature Publishing Group Asia-Pacific, New Scientist, Chemistry World, Physics org, Chemical and Engineering News (C&EN), Spiegel Online (in German), and Kiel University. (in German), The Guardian, and MRS Bulletin (news and analysis). He has successfully contributed to more than one published article in high-impact journals such as Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, Light: Science & Applications (Nature), and Advanced Functional.
