President of Beni Suef University receives Prof. "John McFern", Higher Education Consultant at the British Council

Today, Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, received a high-level delegation from the British Council, headed by Professor "John McFern," Higher Education Consultant at the British Council in Cairo. The delegation included Ms. Shaima Al-Banna, Head of the Education Sector at the British Council, Ms. Berihan Shafei, Director of Science Programs at the British Council, and Ms. Marwa Mohamed Hamdi, Director of Educational Projects at the British Council. The visit comes within the framework of the university’s direction towards international cooperation and building international partnerships with foreign universities and organizations. 

For his part, Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan explained that during the meeting, aspects of cooperation between Beni Suef University and British universities were discussed, and priorities for cooperation were set in line with the British Council's plan in this regard, pointing to the organization of a workshop on the sidelines of the visit to university leaders at Beni Suef University and Beni Suef National University, lectured by Professor John McVeren, on building partnerships with British universities.

It should be noted that the meeting was attended by Dr. Gamal Abdel Rahman, Vice President of the University for the Education and Student Sector, Dr. Tariq Ali, Acting Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies, Dr. Hanan Suleiman, Senator and former Dean of the Faculty of Science, and Dr. Sahar Dawad, Academic Vice President of Beni Suef National University. Dr. Iman Qandil, Director of the Office of International Cooperation, Dr. Mohamed Mostafa El-Deeb, Director of the University Performance Development Center, and a group of college deans at the university.
