The International Student Administration extends its sincere congratulations to Dr. Khader Hamid Ali, an Iraqi national and a researcher at the Faculty of Law, Department of Private Law, for obtaining a PhD in private law. The title of the thesis was “The role of the will in determining the competent court in connection with international private relations.” The thesis was discussed on Sunday 27 3/2022 in the Great Hall of the Conference Hall (East of the Nile), Beni Suef University
