Time management, creativity, innovation and dealing with challenges are the most prominent training courses for employees of Beni Suef University

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced today that the Human Resources Development Center will provide ten training courses for university employees during October, as part of the university’s plan to prepare for the new academic year.

This was while presiding over the meeting of the Center’s Board of Directors, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Fatma Hassan, Vice President of University for Graduate Studies Sector, Dr. Gamal Abdul Muttalib, Director of the Center, Financial and Legal Adviser, and Secretary General of the University.

The university president explained that the training program includes training on time management, human resource development, leadership and good governance, creativity and innovation, special accounts and budgeting, dealing with challenges, abilities' development in the areas of procurement and stores, in addition to communication skills, and the development of supervision skills.

The university president stressed the importance of training as it provides new knowledge and skills to the employees, in addition to knowing the best solutions to the problems he faces while practicing his profession, which increases his ability to perform his work and helps him avoid mistakes, thus reaching the desired level that the university aspires to.
