Meetings of the third quarter (April - May - June)
First meeting

On Sunday, 9/4/2017, a meeting of the IT Unit Working Group was held with Prof. Dr. Siham Hanafi, Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Hussein Said, Vice Dean for Education and Students Affairs, in the presence of the Working Group.
They discussed:
- Objectives of the Unit
- The services of the Unit
- Completed work
- How to upload the result on MIS system
- Discussing the problems faced by faculty  members during uploading the result on MIS
- Completion of all lifting results on MIS system, and on the college site

Second Meeting
On Sunday, 18/4/2017, a meeting of the Working Group of the Electronic Services Unit (IT Unit) was held
The meeting was moderated by Prof. Dr. Osama Mahmoud Qorany, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies, in the presence of the working team
They discussed

The evaluation of the unit by the Supreme Council of Universities:
- Objectives of the Unit
- Services of the Unit
- Completed work
- Listening to the proposals of the working group
- Responsibilities and tasks of each member of the team
Preparing to open graduate studies controls by reviewing the statements and inserting the seating numbers for general diploma



Third Meeting
On Sunday, 18/4/2017, a meeting of the Working Group of the Electronic Services Unit (IT Unit) was held
The meeting was moderated by Prof. Dr. Osama Mahmoud Qorany, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies, in the presence of the working team
They discussed

On Sunday, February 14, 2017, a meeting of the Working Group of the Electronic Unit (IT Unit)was held
The meeting was moderated by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Hussein Said, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, in the presence of the Working Group

- Supervising the uploading of the results of the academic year 2015-2016

- Discuss the problems facing raising the result on the system of mis
- Form a team to upload the result on MIS system
