Achievements of the Unit
Management Information Systems MIS - Training of staff on the working methods in MIS systems. - Training of faculty members on systems related to their work such as control. - Providing technical support to users of MIS systems at the college. - Reporting on system problems and following up on their solution. Preparing periodic reports on the efficiency of work in the systems and the extent of their application at the college and the obstacles of application, then submitting them to the director of the unit. Coordinating with the Central Administrative Information Systems Project in all technical aspects
 
Digital Library - Coordination of cooperation between the library administration of the faculty and the central digital library at the university. - Establishing and activating the accounts of the faculty members on the digital library. - Establishing and activating the accounts of the students of the college. - Managing the accounts of faculty members and students on the digital library.
 
 
E-learning - Coordination of cooperation between the administration of the e-learning unit at the college and the university. - Training of faculty members, students and assistants in the use of electronic courses. - Activation of the use of courses produced by other universities and related to various disciplines at the college. 
 
 
E-portal - a link between the e-Services Unit project and the e-portal project at the university. - Establishing and activating e-mails for academic staff members, students . - Creating and activating the pages of the code of faculty members Staff Blog .- - Publishing the study schedules for various study programs. - Follow up the activity of publishing the news to users in various aspects of the college. - Coordination between quality departments to publish and update the curriculum data on the portal.
