The Institute's vision:
The management of the institute strives for excellence and leadership among the technical institutes of nursing locally and regionally in line with "the requirements of quality and accreditation according to" the needs of the labor market.
The Institute's mission:
Preparing a high-quality graduate who is able to provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with the "national reference standards in various health institutions and satisfying" the needs of the labor market and is able to participate in society and participate in conducting scientific research directed to serve the individual, family, society and the surrounding environment.
The goals of the institute:
Raising efficiency and competitiveness for students of the Technical Nursing Institute.
Graduating nurses who are able to perform basic nursing care based on the information and practical skills needed while working with healthy individuals and patients in all health institutions.
Developing educational programs in line with the quality standards and the needs of the labor market.
Closer relationship with the graduate and nursing institutions nationwide.
To raise the graduate's performance by providing distinguished community service in accordance with the "needs of the external community."

About the Institute:
Work began and the establishment of the Technical Institute of Nursing in the academic year in 1996/1997, and the first batch is enrolled. The number of payment has now reached (23) payments as shown:
- The number of graduated batches (20 batches).
- The number of graduated students (769 students) so far.
- The number of students in the first batch of the academic year 1997/98 (19 male and female students).
- The number of students in the modern batch (258) for the academic year 2018/2019.
The programs approved by the Technical Institute of Nursing according to the unified study regulations issued by the Nursing Sector Committee are as follows:
- Diploma program of the Technical Institute of Nursing
- Specialist Diploma Program in Nursing
- Bridging diploma program to obtain the diploma of the Technical Nursing Institute.
Academic degrees:
The Technical Institute of Nursing affiliated to the Faculties of Nursing shall grant the following academic certificates: -
- Diploma of the Technical Institute of Nursing.
- Diploma in the bridging program to obtain the diploma of the Technical Institute of Nursing.
- Specialist Diploma in Nursing.
General conditions for admission and registration procedures in the Technical Institute of Nursing:
- Those holding a high school diploma (Scientific Science Division).
- Graduates of Health Services Assistants' Schools who obtained 85%, and not exceeding 5% of the number admitted to the Institute.
- Study English (first or second language)
- Passing the medical examination and standardized admission tests approved by the Supreme Council of Universities.
- Applying for admission through the Coordination Office for admission to universities, in accordance with the "rules of regulations determined by the Supreme Council of Universities."
- International students accept the same general conditions for accepting their Egyptian counterparts, according to the rules laid down by the Supreme Council of Universities.
- Transferred students are accepted according to the rules and regulations determined by the Supreme Council of Universities.
