CHRD is seeking to develop the professional competences of HR of BSU, and train & qualify students to enhance the quality of the main outcomes of higher education, through a team of certified professional trainers and internationally certified training programs and training environment.

1-   Develop the professional competences of university academic staff members.

2-   Develop the professional competences of university administrative staff members.

3-   Train and qualify students for employment.

4-   Raise the awareness of the university and surrounding community about the importance of the role of HRD in enhancing the organizational performance.
