Introducing the Crises and Disasters Unit


About the unit:
?The unit consists of the dean of the college, the college dean for community service and environmental development, and a faculty member (director of the unit), in addition to three of the supporting staff.

Unit objectives:
1- Verifying the application of all security and safety measures in all college laboratories and facilities and working to prevent accidents from occurring, treat them when they occur, and prevent their damage.
2- Work to develop the competence of college employees by holding educational seminars to increase awareness of the importance of caution when dealing with hazardous, flammable, and flammable materials.

3- Ensure the provision of alarm and firefighting systems and fire prevention equipment, in addition to first aid kits, in accordance with the university’s approved approvals.
4- Coordinating periodic inspection visits from the university’s Security and Safety Unit to identify any problem, correct it, and solve it.
